Begin by moving your body, settling your breath, and bringing your attention inward.
Build a foundation for easier movement, strength, flexibility, and better posture from the start of the day.
Support your energy throughout the day and build a body that tires less easily.
Deepen your breath and create space before reacting to stress or emotions.
Clear your mind and find it easier to give your attention to what is in front of you.
Become more aware of sleep, food, and daily rhythms, and make more choices that support your wellbeing.
Build confidence through small, consistent actions and move toward the person you want to become.
This is more than yoga as physical exercise.
Yoga is not simply about becoming flexible or doing difficult poses. Its deeper purpose is to bring balance to the body, mind, emotions, and energy, deepen awareness, and open up the possibilities of life within you.
Rather than working only on the surface of the body, we work with the foundations of life itself. This is the classical Hatha Yoga offered here.

Sadhguru Gurukulam-certified Hatha Yoga teacher · Nutritionist · Jazz singer / composer
I spent around a year and a half at the Isha Yoga Center in South India, completing more than 1,750 hours of rigorous Hatha Yoga teacher training. Before that, I worked as a professional musician in the United States for around 13 years, based in New York, Colorado, and Los Angeles.
Having struggled with my physical and mental wellbeing since I was young, I spent many years asking how I could live with greater freedom and joy. Yoga and meditation transformed my life at its roots.
Not only my body, but my state of mind, relationships, approach to work, and life itself began to change. That is why I want to share yoga and meditation as tools for each person to open up the possibilities of their own life.
Notice what your body is telling you. Become aware of your emotions and thoughts. Choose your own life instead of being carried along by others. As each person opens their sensitivity and begins to live more consciously, that change reaches family, friends, and society.
“SATORIN” brings together the Japanese word satori, meaning awakening, and rin, a circle that connects people. Awakening is not a distant state reserved for a special few, but a growing awareness of what is within us. Rather than keeping that awareness to ourselves, we can share it with others and let it spread like a widening circle. This is the wish behind the name.
I named this community SATORIN with the hope of widening this circle of people awakening to themselves.
Let’s practice, learn, and connect,
and open up the possibilities of our lives together.

SATORIN brings together people moving in the same direction, supporting one another’s changes and growing together. Each month has a theme. We share what we have practiced, changes in body and mind, what has been difficult, and what we want to nurture in the month ahead.
Practice. Learn. Settle. Connect.
Every part becomes a journey into life’s possibilities.
Your body, eating habits, work, relationships, daily rhythms, and hopes for the future are unique. We begin by carefully exploring your current situation, then find an approach that fits your life.
Drawing on traditional yogic science, my training as a nutritionist, my experience overcoming physical and mental difficulties, and the life I built in the United States and India, I offer support that encompasses eating habits, daily choices, and your approach to life.
Rather than simply giving you answers, this coaching helps you discover answers within yourself through conversation and develop the ability to move in the direction you choose.
Turn “one day” into a practice that begins today.
